ATO Ramen Towarowa 22 – the kitchen at the heart of the interior

The ramen restaurant design in Warsaw for ATO Ramen was developed around the food preparation process. At the heart of the 300 m² venue is a fully open kitchen with live cooking and a glazed noodle production area, allowing guests to observe the chefs at work as well as specialist Japanese noodle-making machines. Instead of hiding the restaurant’s technology behind the scenes, we made it one of the key elements of the brand experience. The new location develops the design language established in previous ATO Ramen restaurants rather than creating an entirely separate concept. A consistent material and colour palette strengthens brand recognition, while the spatial solutions are adapted to the specific character of each location.
