PASIBUS – From food truck to drive-through

Designing the Pasibus restaurant chain is one of the longest-running collaborations in CUDO’s history. From the first food truck and location on Świdnicka Street to over 30 locations throughout Poland, we’ve been working together to develop the brand’s spatial identity, ensuring its recognizability, functionality, and scalability. For over 10 years, we’ve designed Pasibus locations in shopping malls, tenement buildings, standalone structures, and historic sites (over 30 locations in total). Each location responds to its own context while retaining the brand’s shared DNA—its street food roots, industrial authenticity, and distinctive use of materials.

Pasibus is one of the most recognizable street food brands in Poland, having boldly redefined the concept of the burger—from a food truck to a nationwide chain of locations. Our collaboration with Pasibus has been ongoing since the very beginning of their history. Our first joint project was the graphic design of the food truck—a mobile outlet that became a symbol of urban dining in Wrocław. CUDO participates in Pasibus’s development not only as a designer of individual locations but as a long-term partner of the brand. The scope of our collaboration includes branding, interiors, model designs, subsequent implementations, and special projects. The development of the spaces proceeds in parallel with changes in Pasibus’s organization, product, and business strategy.
